Stera Coronavirus Release 17.3.2020


Dear Customer and Partner,

The spread of coronavirus will have a significant impact on humans as individuals and on
companies as business partners. At Stera we have done and will do everything to ensure
the health of our personnel and the business of our customers over this challenging period.

So far, all of Stera's factories in Finland and in Estonia are operating normally. However, we
are actively monitoring the development of the situation in close cooperation with our
customers, suppliers and other stakeholders. The situation may change quickly and we will
inform you about any changes in Stera operations immediately. Many of Stera people are
currently working remotely, but are normally reachable via email, phone and the Teams -
remote meeting application.

To minimize the effect of distraction in Stera operations, we have implemented a number of
preventive actions during the last two weeks such as;
• to increase personnel awareness of hygiene and coronavirus infection
• to update sick leave rules
• to implement remote working for white collars
• to restrict personnel travelling
• to limit customer and partner visits in Stera factories only for the most critical cases
• to implement new work shift arrangements at Stera factories to ensure production
operation continuity in the possible cases of virus infection.
